What Keelnest reads

GitHub App, read-only · repository metadata, commits, pull requests and deployments; push and PR webhooks.

Optional for founders who publish from a builder without GitHub sync.

Read-only, like every connection: Keelnest never refunds, charges, changes a price, edits a setting or an environment variable, merges on its own or runs a migration. The credential is checked with one read call before it is stored, encrypted at rest, and can be revoked at the provider at any time. Security says the whole of it.

How to connect

1. Install the app. In your workspace, open Integrations, find GitHub and press Connect. You are sent to GitHub to choose the account and the repositories Keelnest may read, and back again.
2. Tie each application to its repository. Under Manage, or on the application’s Configuration tab, name the repository it is built from. From then on every publish lists the commits and files behind it.
