Yes, on every paid tier. Add it under Settings > AI and explanations and repairs run on your OpenAI account with no monthly cap. Keelnest never shows the key again and never uses it for anything else.

Read-only wherever the provider allows it: a Stripe restricted key, provider OAuth with read scopes, and admin and management keys used only to read usage, cost and, when a key has leaked, your key list. The one exception is the GitHub App, which writes a fix you asked for to a branch of its own and opens the pull request; nothing is merged until a person on your team approves it. We never refund, charge, change prices or edit your settings.

Any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period. If a smaller tier leaves you with more apps than it includes, you have a week to archive some; then the newest ones past the limit pause until you fit again, and nothing is deleted. History windows do not change with the tier: we keep payments, AI usage and daily spend for 62 days, HTTP, SSL and header checks for 62 days, journey runs for 62 days, error events for 15 days, whichever tier you are on.

Yes, on every paid tier: yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free, and it is billed once a year in advance. Pick Yearly on this page or in Billing. Moving between monthly and yearly takes effect at your next renewal, so nothing is charged or refunded mid-period.
