Founders with a live app that takes payments, built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code or Replit. And the agencies and freelancers who look after dozens of those apps for clients, and who need proof of the work they do every month.

The rules we build by

• Money first. Uptime is not the goal. Payments flowing, logins working and bills staying predictable are the goal.
• The first line is for a human. Every incident opens with what it means for you, then the evidence, then the first step. Never a stack trace.
• Never claim certainty the evidence does not support. Amounts are labelled Observed, Estimated or Unknown. A quiet hour is Degraded until a second signal agrees.
• Coverage gaps are shown, never hidden. A missing connection reads as a gap with a one-line reason, not as a false healthy.
• Read-only by design. We observe through the smallest permissions each provider allows and never move money or change settings.

What we are not

Not an integration marketplace, not a log platform, not an autonomous agent with production access. The supported stack is the one AI-built apps actually run on, added in the order of the pain each provider lets us detect.
